Some comment ( 29 May 2001 ): Two New Zealand records were broken on the Track when we had our National Championships there in March this year (2001). The riders were full of praise for the track, with it's super fast surface. I was the Chief Commissaire for the Championships and would agree it would be the fastest concrete surfaced track in NZ or even Australia.
